• Twenty-year-old urban producer who plays piano, guitar, sings, composes and arranges music of all styles (grime, hip hop, RnB, pop, choral and classical).
• Classically trained and has much experience arranging for choirs.
• Self-taught studio producer and mastering engineer.
• Founded the record company Paperchase Recordings when he was just 16, where he is responsible for the creative direction.
• DaVinChe says he is motivated by wanting to create new sounds within the emerging grime scene in order to open it up to a wider audience. He has achieved this by adding singers and melodies to the more regular bass orientated nature of the music.
• Has produced 14 commercially available EPs.
• DaVinChe's single from the "Dirty Canvas" series reached number one on 1Xtra's charts in the autumn of 2005.
• Recently completed two CDs - one solo and one for the singer Katie Pearl. He composed, arranged, produced and mixed these albums.
