Terms and Conditions for requests
1. The short codes 88111 and 81199 are classified by PhonePayPlus, the telephony regulator, as Premium Rate codes. The exact cost of sending a message depends on your service provider, but is typically between 10-12 pence.
2. Picture messagers and texters must obtain permission from the bill payer before contacting the Â鶹Éç.
3. The Â鶹Éç cannot guarantee that every text or online communication will be read or included in any programme.
4. If you send us a picture message, there is no guarantee it will be used but by doing so you give the Â鶹Éç permission to publish the image online.
5. The Â鶹Éç may call you back or email you on receipt of a text or online communication and ask you to participate in a programme or programmes if we feel it is editorially justified. You will of course have no obligation to do so.
6. If you are contacted by the Â鶹Éç, this is no guarantee that you will be asked to participate in a programme or programmes.
7. Please ensure that all communications with the Â鶹Éç are not defamatory, offensive, abusive, malicious or in breach of copyright. The Â鶹Éç reserves the right to bar any number or isp address which sends any such comments, texts or images.
