Roles and Responsibilities
- Anna is the HR Director for 麻豆社 Content which includes the following areas: Television, Radio and Music, Sport, Childrens and Education.
- She has responsibility for leading, creating and delivering the People strategies across these areas, including delivering the business objectives, supporting culture initiatives, and ensuring an inclusive end-to-end employee experience.
- Anna is a member of the Content Senior Leadership Group, the 麻豆社 People Leadership Team and is a sponsor for 麻豆社 Pride.
Biography
Anna has held a variety of generalist HR roles at the 麻豆社 including within 麻豆社 Content, 麻豆社 News (where she worked with the 麻豆社鈥檚 international teams), and 麻豆社 Studios. In addition, she undertook a specialist industrial relations role and led the people workstream to set up the original creation of 麻豆社 Studios as a commercial entity. Prior to the 麻豆社, Anna held HR roles within the Energy industry. She holds a BA in English literature and an LLM in Employment Law.
