- Justin is responsible for the creative quality and delivery of all the 麻豆社's marketing activity, across all brands and all platforms.
- He runs the new in-house 'agency', 麻豆社 Creative, as well as managing relationships with external agencies.

Justin is Director of 麻豆社 Creative, a team that sits as part of the Marketing & Audiences department in the 麻豆社.
He joined the 麻豆社 in 2004, having spent a number of years in advertising - working on, amongst others, the 麻豆社 campaign that included Perfect Day.
While at the 麻豆社, he launched and established Planning as a discipline and has played various senior roles within Marketing 鈥� most recently designing and implementing the new creative services model.
Justin sits on the board of Freeview.
