Heston owns The Fat Duck, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray. Celebrity Chef, Heston Blumenthal OBE, owns and runs The Fat Duck restaurant in Bray. He went to school in High Wycombe and did a weeks work experience in Raymond Blanc's kitchen. Renowned for his scientific approach to cooking he recently presented the 麻豆社 Two Series, 'In Search of Perfection'. Heston has just finished being the 'Resident Chef of the week' on the Henry Kelly Show. The multi award winning chef gave our listeners an array of tips and recipes throughout the week.
