Top Tips for starting your day in a positive way
Tip Number One
馃ザ Take a cold shower! It might be a little shocking, both to think of and even physically!聽But if that sounds a bit scary, you could give yourself a quick zap of cold water before you're ready to get out. It should help you feel a little more energised and ready to take on the day!
Tip Number Two
馃摫 Don't touch your phone for at least the first 15 minutes of your day. Those notifications can wait! By starting your day distraction-free, you may avoid anything that might trigger you or make you feel anxious. This is the perfect time to hop in that cold shower!
Tip Number Three
馃挭馃听Exercise! Joe really believes in the power of exercise for helping to improve your mental wellbeing. This could be anything from stretching in the morning, to a leisurely walk, a quick run or hopping on your bicycle. Whatever exercise it may be, just move your body to start your day!聽
