Why doesn't the 鶹 have an email address?

Anonymous — Thu, 03 Oct 2019 13:49:21 +0000

Why doesn't the 鶹 have an email address?

We don't have a general 鶹 email address because they tend to attract a lot of spam or junk mail - the last thing we would want is for one of your emails to get lost amongst them. There is also the potential for viruses to be transmitted via email which could be damaging.

When our audience contacts us online we ask them to use a webform. This is because we deal with over a million audience contacts every year and we need to make sure that we can track your contact and match up any related contacts. The webform also asks for information that you may otherwise forget to include, like the programme name or the date and time it was broadcast.

If you're looking for a way to get in touch, have a look at the How can I contact the 鶹? page to find the right way for you.
