麻豆社 welcomes discussion about the Creative Archive Licence

Paul Gerhardt, the 麻豆社's project director of the Creative Archive Licence, has responded to an open letter from Free Culture UK.

The open letter from , an organisation which aims to promote an "open, participatory culture", acknowledges the exciting progress made by the Creative Archive Licence but calls for the terms of the Licence to be amended, in particular to allow use outside of the UK and commercial use of the content released.
