How do I get tickets?
Full price tickets are sold via links on Â鶹Éç Electric Proms website to See Tickets and Roundhouse online box offices. A number of events are currently sold out. However, occasionally there are ticket returns, so please check ticketing links from this site.
Free events will require you to register to attend. For example, you can register to attend the featuring Florence and the Machine and Metronomy. There will be further free events announced.
In October registration will open for £5 tickets. £5 tickets are only available for Roundhouse Main Space events. There is a very limited number of £5 tickets - about these tickets. Keep checking back on the site for details, alternatively join our email newsletter, follow us on or become our friend on and we'll send you an update when they're available.
Finally, a very small number of tickets will be given away as competition prizes on Â鶹Éç Radio 1, Â鶹Éç Radio 1xtra, Â鶹Éç Radio 2 and Â鶹Éç Radio 6 Music. Keep listening to these stations or visit their websites for details of the competitions.
See Tickets and The Roundhouse Box Office are the only authorised sellers for Electric Proms tickets.
WE URGE YOU TO USE THESE OFFICIAL TICKET OUTLETS, LINKED TO FROM www.bbc.co.uk /electricproms.
Please do not buy tickets from any unauthorised outlets as you take the risk of being scammed and your tickets not being honoured by us. You may not realise you are being scammed until your tickets fail to arrive. If you do get scammed we will not be able to assist you, so please only follow ticketing links from www.bbc.co.uk/electricproms.
What if my tickets don't arrive? If you have not received your tickets within 2 days of the show you are attending, you will need to contact the box office you purchased them from:
Dame Shirley Bassey tickets
See Tickets - or phone 0871 220 0260.
Dizzee Rascal, Doves and Smokey Robinson tickets
Roundhouse Box Office - or phone 0844 482 8008
There are no tickets for Robbie Williams' show. If you have purchased tickets, you will need to bring along the credit card you paid with and a form of photo ID that matches the name and address on the booking.
What are you doing about Electric Proms tickets being re-sold?We have worked hard to offer a secure ticketing system and have contacted eBay about this, but touting is a universal problem.
Potential buyers should be aware that purchaser names and addresses will be printed on the tickets. In addition, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets must be shown.
What are you doing specifically about Robbie Williams tickets being re-sold?Potential buyers of Robbie Williams tickets should be aware that two forms of identification are now needed to collect entry wristbands on the day of the concert: 1) the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets ; 2) a form of photo ID that matches the name and address pertaining to the booking. Once you have been identified, wristbands will be attached to you and your guest, which cannot be removed, so people may not gain entry on touted tickets.
What do I do if I can no longer attend? Please contact the email or phone number on your ticket confirmation email.
These tickets cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. All tickets are governed by the Â鶹Éç Electric Proms terms and conditions.
What do I do if the credit card I used has expired or been voided? Please contact the email or phone number on your ticket confirmation email.
