About This Event

Grammy-nominated Dutch-Turkish band Alt谋n G眉n brings its unique blend of psychedelic folk-rock to the 麻豆社 Proms for the first time, drawing on its recent Anatolian rock album Garip (鈥楽trange鈥�), a tribute to the great Turkish folk musician Ne艧et Erta艧. The band joins forces with special guest Derya Y谋ld谋r谋m, Jules Buckley and the 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra to turn cool riffs and Anatolian folk textures into rich orchestral colours.
