Last seen in Maida Vale for 6 Music five years ago when she teamed up with Heaven 17 to perform a stunning rendition of ‘Temptation’, La Roux needs no introduction to 6 Music listeners.

Bursting onto the scene in 2009 when 'In For The Kill' (helped by a Skream remix) became a huge hit, her eponymous debut LP was one of the year's musical highlights.

In the 5 years that followed, Elly Jackson (as she’s known to her mum) has toured the world and written a brand new set of electro pop classics for her new, long awaited album ‘Trouble In Paradise’ released this summer.

The first fruits from the record ‘Uptight Downtown’ and ‘Kiss And Not tell’ have been all over 6 Music and fresh from a packed performance at Bestival, we can’t wait to see her new material in Maida Vale.
