There are a number of systems that will be mentioned throughout your time managing a Freelancer at the 麻豆社. These, along with whether you’ll need access to them, are outlined below.

| The Freelance Payment Portal (FPP) is the online system that freelancers and agents use to view and accept their bookings for the 麻豆社. If you are a freelancer or an agent this is where you will manage your 麻豆社 bookings and claim payments. | When your agent record is set up, you will receive an email from bbc.connect@ccs.bbc.co.uk asking you to activate your 麻豆社 Connect account to access the FPP. | 麻豆社 Agents | |
| The A&C Portal is a web-based platform, available to 麻豆社 artists and contributors and their agents, to access remittances and royalty statements online. | Dropbox is a file-sharing app/web-based platform that the 麻豆社 uses to provide agents with their PAYE clients' payslips | You are able to register for Dropbox free of charge . You will only require a basic (free) account to access payslips. | ||
| EYIP is the platform where 麻豆社 Freelancers paid PAYE can access their payslips for their monthly payments. Each of your clients will be able to access this system through the email address that is listed on the Freelance Payment Portal for them. |
Agents are unable to access EYIP, and instead will access payslips via Dropbox. Your clients will be able to access EYIP by following the guidance . |
