Raw Talent was blown away by John's lyrics and understated, but intense, live performances at the Linnet and Lark's acoustic Sesh night. His hard edged guitar style and flamenco-speed strumming characterise his treatment of famous songs and his own compositions.

One of twelve new UK bands headlining at the Â鶹Éç's Electric Proms in October at the Camden barfly. They're usually plugged in for a full-on electric barrage, but their songwriting and harmonies came through without a distortion pedal in sight.
