People and PlacesYou are in: Humber > Features > People and Places > Stars in our eyes  Fortified 'Winehouse' plus dancers Stars in our eyesWigs and costumes were donned and make-up was smeared on as staff from 麻豆社 Radio Humberside and Look North took to the stage at Hull New Theatre... there to destroy the songs of some of our most enduring musical artists for Comic Relief. The charity 'tribute' to such musical legends as Bucks Fizz, Girls Aloud and Bobby (Boris) Pickett and the Crypt-Kickers (you're going to have to look that one up) was judged by a celebrity panel which included Claire Sweeney and Les Dennis. Victory went to former Hull City star Peter Swan, who claimed his best-ever piece of silverware for his performance as Robbie Williams. Despite the musical incompetence on show, the event was a massive success. Listen to what happened backstage here...
