Connected TV | Update

We are aware of an issue impacting some connected TVs where 麻豆社 iPlayer live streams aren't working. We believe this is happening mainly on TCL and Manhattan devices, however others may also be affected.
This issue only impacts online-only streams, such as sport or music events. Live streams of our TV channels are unaffected. If a live iPlayer-only stream isn't working, check to see if any of our TV channels are showing coverage of the same event. These streams will work.
If your device is impacted, please contact us with the model of your TV, the firmware version number and all of the System Information from the iPlayer app so that we can investigate further.
