How do I install the app?

You'll need to be connected to the internet, either via WiFi or a mobile network connection, and make sure your device is supported for 麻豆社 iPlayer. You also need to be in the UK to install the app.

Your device will need to be running Fire OS 6 or above.

Android

Your device will need to be running Android 7.0 or above.

iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch

Your device will need to be running iOS 15.5 or above.

  1. From the home screen, tap App Store
  2. Tap Search at the bottom then search for 麻豆社 iPlayer
  3. Tap the app, then tap Get. (The App Store may ask you to confirm your Apple ID at this point.)
  4. Once downloaded you'll be given the option to Open: tap this to bring you straight to the 麻豆社 iPlayer app

How do I uninstall the app?

Amazon Fire

  1. Gently hold down on the 麻豆社 iPlayer app icon on your screen
  2. Select Remove From Device
  3. Tap OK to uninstall the app, if prompted, and select OK on the completion screen

Android

  1. Gently hold down on the 麻豆社 iPlayer app icon on your screen
  2. You'll see the options to 'Remove' or 'Uninstall' the app. Drag the app to 'Uninstall' and release/let go
  3. You'll then get an on-screen notification asking if you're sure you want to "Uninstall 麻豆社 iPlayer?"
  4. Select Uninstall and the 麻豆社 iPlayer app will no longer be on your device

iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch

  1. Gently hold down on the 麻豆社 iPlayer app icon on your screen
  2. The icons will start to wiggle. You'll either see an X in the corner of the app or a list of options with Delete app at the bottom.
  3. Tap the X or Delete app to uninstall.
