Concerns
have already been raised about the new name, including the difficulties
faced in pronouncing it, and the loss of it's instant recognition.
We

I
think we should keep the current name of the hospital since
there are enough pronunciation problems with local Jersey
names around the island, let alone addiong German to it. Granted,
it is a part of our history here but why now decide to change
it after all these years? |

what
a lovely new name for the underground hospital, it simply
rolls off the tongue! |

I
think renaming the underground hospital is a bad idea, it
is dragging up the past and almost feels like admitting defeat
to the Germans by bringing back the original name.
Not
to mention all the non German tourists, puzzled expressions,
as they try to pronounce it! |
