| Let's sum up what you've done so far:
- You've done the introduction
- You've delivered the main information
- You've got at least one image
Now you need to bring your talk to a finish.
Remember to ask if anyone has
any questions.
If the audience asks questions,
it shows they have been listening
to what you’ve been saying.

 |
People may not want to ask you
any questions but you can try to encourage them by smiling. If you
don’t know the answer to a question just say : |
- 'I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that - but
I'll try and find out.' Or,
- 'I'm not sure - does anyone else know?'
And finally! Thank the audience for listening to you.
That is the end of this module on effective communications. You have
covered the following curriculum objectives:
- Speak clearly in a way which suits your subject, purpose and situation
- Keeping to the subject and structuring your talk to help listeners
follow what you are saying
- Use appropriate ways to support your main points
