The
toolbar
The toolbar contains a variety of tools to enable you
to manipulate data and find information (the tools differ between software
packages). A popular spreadsheet package has the following shortcut tools
that will help you sort information out quite quickly:
Another advantage of spreadsheets is that you can easily change information.
If numerical information in the table is changed, the information linked
to that cell will automatically be updated. For example: 'Sales' uses
information from 'Price' and 'Sold' cells.
