Founded in 2007, the has swiftly established itself as one of Scotland's finest. Celtic Connections' at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall saw the band playing to its strengths – imaginative arrangements and a sweet tone - without straying too far from the traditional pipe band idiom. Jim Murray and Mick O'Neill guide the band with a deft touch, drawing on a wealth of experience within the ranks. We'll be broadcasting highlights, together with music from the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland, on on Saturday 22nd January, repeated on Sunday 23rd.
