New York attitude

One of the most influential bands of the 00’s, The Strokes' 2001 album, Is This It, is seen as one of the defining albums of that decade with it's stripped down garage rock. They’ve recently released their fourth effort, Angles, and have been touring the world to promote it.

Reviews

...the crowd reaction to 'Last Nite', 'Hard To Explain' and 'Take It Or Leave It' proved that while material from their latest album is popular live, their debut is still where the festival anthems lie.

Virtual Festivals 28 August 2011

They find their rhythm to deliver a show with panache.

    Comment number 1.

Just what I needed with Jarvis - inspired! Only those over the age of 30 in the crowd would have recognised the song!!
