Bee Part of It!
The 麻豆社 and the National Trust have joined forces to highlight the plight of the bee. Breathing Places in Northern Ireland will have its own hive at , a National Trust site in county Down, and you will be able to follow its progress.

Bees are the world's most important pollinating insects and are worth about 拢200m a year to British agriculture.

Their dramatic decline in numbers has become a cause of global concern.

Watch the Kate Humble . From 17 May, with help from we are adopting a local bee hive at Rowallen and following the plight of a new colony of our favourite pollen collectors over their busiest months.

"There are 101 bee species in Ireland. Nineteen of these species are bumblebees, and more than half of these bumblebee species are in decline."

We'd love to see your pictures of all types of bees in the UK and bee-friendly habitats like wildflower meadows. Remember it's all about the wildlife, bees and pollinating insects, flowers and habitats - no people pictures.

Follow the wildlife drama of 45 new honey bee colonies when 麻豆社 local radio stations adopt bee hives based at National Trust properties across the UK.
