Activity Cards
There are many different types of instruments, like flutes, drums, horns, and string instruments. They all make different sounds. When they play together, they form a band. When a band is in a parade, it is called a marching band!
Have you ever seen a marching band?
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS Have you been to any parades where people play musical instruments? How about football/hurling matches, dancing festivals, or weddings with bands playing? What musical instruments have you heard of? (piano, violin, etc.) Do you want to learn to play an instrument? Which one(s)?
