Activities You Can Do in the Classroom: Below are some suggestions for how the theme of tidying up can be incorporated into areas of play.

Talk to children about: Their own visits to the beach/seaside. Have the children ever visited a recycling facility? Encourage children to notice litter in other familiar places - pre-school grounds, street, local parks.
