The search for Nottinghamshire's favourite sunrise is on.

Be it as day breaks over the River Trent, Southwell Minster or Bulwell High Street... we we want to hear your choice and the reasons why.

We will then attempt to capture your sunrise and put it on this website. Alternatively, you may wish to capture your favourite moment yourself.

Photos

Dawn and dusk are a favourite time of the day for photographers. Send us photographs of your favourite sunrise for our sunrise gallery.

Videos

Alternatively, if you've a digital camera, you may wish to send us your sunrise on tape. You will need to supply 60 minutes of footage on a Mini DV tape. We will then speed up this footage to produce a video for the web.
