In
the last year, Andy's become a serious rider! What was once a hobby has
now become a healthy obsession. He cycles around four times a week.
The weekend
is a time for long, country routes; the Ridgeway's a challenging and beautiful
area which improves his fitness and clears his head.
Taking a break, he talks about how cycling enhances his physical and mental
strength….but whilst it's good for the mind and body, it's not so good for
the wallet. |
