been smoking for four years and thinks it's time to give up. There are plenty
of reasons for packing it in - he's finding it harder to play sport, he's
spending lots of money, and a special somebody hates his habit. It's going
to be difficult though. He's preparing himself for smoky pubs filled with
friends satisfiying their addiction, whilst he fights his. Yes, it's going
to be hard, but quitting's the only option.
