Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge Magazine to launch in Bulgaria

Specialist factual magazine Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge is to launch in Bulgaria following a licensing deal between Âé¶¹Éç Worldwide and publisher MS Team. The first edition of the monthly magazine will go on sale on Monday, 7 December 2009, priced 06.00 BGN (03.00 Euros).

Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge magazine is a full-colour glossy title offering informative, entertaining and inspirational features on science, history and nature and is aimed at anyone with a 'curious mind'. Its content draws on the existing portfolio of quality specialist factual titles produced by Âé¶¹Éç Magazines Bristol, including award-winning popular science title Focus, Âé¶¹Éç History Magazine and Âé¶¹Éç Wildlife Magazine.

MS Team already publishes two leading Âé¶¹Éç magazines under licence (Top Gear and Good Food) and was keen to extend its Âé¶¹Éç portfolio with Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge, the magazine.

James Hewes, Head of International Development at Âé¶¹Éç Magazines, said: "We are delighted to have further extended our partnership with MS Team by licensing Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge magazine. We are confident that the magazine's highly informative and entertaining content will be a huge success in the growing Bulgarian market."

MS Team General Manager Lubo Stanislavov said: "Following the success of the other Âé¶¹Éç titles in Bulgaria, we were keen to launch Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge magazine, a title that unites a wide range of interesting content from across the Âé¶¹Éç brand. The new magazine is aimed at a wide range of readers who are interested in the natural world, science and history."

ВВС Knowledge magazine Bulgaria will be edited by Hristo Dimitrov and will have an initial print run of 10 000. The first 12 issues of the magazine will be cover-mounted with a free DVD of episodes from David Attenborough’s highly-acclaimed natural history series The Trials of Life.
MS Team also plans further editions in the neighbouring markets of Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro in the near future.

is a private publishing company, established in 2007. Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge is the third Âé¶¹Éç title published by MS Team. It has published Âé¶¹Éç Top Gear magazine in Bulgaria under licence since May 2007 and Âé¶¹Éç Good Food Bulgaria since December 2008.

Âé¶¹Éç Magazines launched Âé¶¹Éç Knowledge Magazine in the US in August 2008. It is now also published under licence in Brazil and Singapore. The Bulgarian magazine will be the title’s fourth international version.
