Â鶹Éç Worldwide today announced that Neil Chugani will step down as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following his decision to join Shine Group, the independent production company. Philip Vincent, currently Deputy CFO at Â鶹Éç Worldwide, will become acting Chief Financial Officer.

Chugani, who will become CFO at Shine, joined Â鶹Éç Worldwide in his current role in 2007. Since then he has led a comprehensive transformation of the finance function and its role within the business, as well as a range of corporate activity including the successful acquisition of 2 entertain from the administrators of Woolworths.

Philip Vincent joined Â鶹Éç Worldwide in 2000, having joined the Â鶹Éç in 1998, and was appointed Deputy CFO earlier this year. His previous positions at Â鶹Éç Worldwide included Group Finance Director, Broadcast and Digital and Finance Director of Channels.
