Controller, CÂ鶹Éç

Damian Kavanagh is Controller of the award-winning children's channel CÂ鶹Éç.

He oversees all programmes and multi-platform commissioning for the CÂ鶹Éç channel and the two dedicated blocks on Â鶹Éç One and Â鶹Éç Two.

Damian was previously Head of Planning and Scheduling for Â鶹Éç Daytime, where he also worked as an executive producer on shows including Escape To The Country, Hospital Heroes and The Unsellables.

He previously worked in Children's as Head of Planning and Scheduling and as an independent commissioning executive, where he executive produced shows including Hider In The House, The Sorcerer's Apprentice and The Underdog Show.

Prior to that, Damian was Head of Planning and Scheduling for Â鶹Éç Three and was Acting Controller following Stuart Murphy's departure.
