ABOUT THE 麻豆社

麻豆社 staff honoured in The Queen's Special Honours List

Six members of the 麻豆社聮s Golden Jubilee team have been awarded honours in The Queen聮s Special Honours List, announced today.

Nick Vaughan-Barratt and Bill Morris, who co-ordinated all the Golden Jubilee programming for 麻豆社 television and radio, have been appointed Lieutenants of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO) as has Robbie Williams, who project-managed the huge production of the two concerts in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.

Lorna Dickinson, who was the Executive Producer of the Party at the Palace, and Peter Maniura, who was the Executive Producer of the Prom at the Palace, have been made Members of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO) along with Mark Fisher, Creative Consultant and Set Designer of the concerts.

Nick Vaughan-Barratt has also been responsible for the 麻豆社 coverage of numerous high-profile royal events over the years, including the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales and the funeral of the Queen Mother.

He said: "It was a huge privilege to be involved in all the Golden Jubilee plans and particularly to work so closely with Buckingham Palace on the two Queen's Concerts which proved to be so successful.

"These awards represent the work of hundreds of people in the 麻豆社 over the Jubilee weekend. Nevertheless, the few of us who were lucky enough to receive an award are now looking forward to getting better service at the 麻豆社 canteen."

On hearing of her award, Lorna Dickinson said: "I was absolutely gobsmacked. I knew the Royal Family liked Ozzy Osbourne, but not quite how much."
