Mowaffak Al-Rubaie, a Shiia and member of the Iraqi Governing Council,
is interviewed
on 麻豆社 News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 20 January 2004).

was one of the first people to visit Saddam Hussein in jail.

only six months to go until the deadline expires for the transition
