The 麻豆社 has chosen six companies to go through to the next stage of its procurement process to find a new facilities management supplier(s) for parts of its property portfolio.

These companies will now be invited to tender for facilities management services at 麻豆社 buildings in London and Scotland and for specialist facilities management services for all 麻豆社 properties across the UK.

The 麻豆社's facilities management procurement process was announced on 28 June 2005 and follows the restructuring of the 麻豆社/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.
听
Under this restructuring, the 麻豆社 and LST are refocusing their relationship onto their joint property developments and LST will no longer provide facilities management services to the 麻豆社.
