麻豆社 programmes and talent took 13 top prizes at the Royal Television Society Programme Awards last night - including the Judges' Award for 麻豆社 Head of Comedy Jon Plowman.
听
The Judges' Award is presented in recognition of an outstanding contribution to UK television programming over a number of years.
听
麻豆社 Director of Television Jana Bennett described Jon Plowman as one of the leading figures in British comedy.
听
She said: "With a comedy pedigree longer than his arm, he has made British comedy stand out in British broadcasting."
听
Jana Bennett, who congratulated all 麻豆社 winners, said: "麻豆社 TWO had a particularly good night demonstrating its brilliant range of programmes including the very moving Holocaust, a Music Memorial Film from Auschwitz and Children of Beslan."
