Rhodri Talfan Davies is to join 麻豆社 Wales as Head of Marketing, Communications & Audiences, it was announced today by Menna Richards, Controller 麻豆社 Wales.
听

considerable experience of the broadcasting industry - across both the public
and private sectors - I am confident he will help 麻豆社 Wales meet the challenge
of serving our audiences in a fully-digital world."

Rhodri Talfan Davies joins 麻豆社 Wales from ntl, where he is currently Director of
Television Marketing.
听
"I'm looking forward to the challenge immensely," he said.

change within the broadcast and media world is phenomenal, so it's going to be
more important than ever that the 麻豆社 understands how the needs and expectations
of its audiences are evolving."

Rhodri Talfan Davies began his career as a television journalist with the 麻豆社 in
Newcastle, Manchester and London before being appointed Head of Programmes at
麻豆社 West in Bristol, where he was responsible for all television, online and
local radio services.
听
More recently, as Director of Television at Video Networks, he led the
development and launch of the UK's first broadband television on-demand service,
HomeChoice, in London.
听
He will take over as 麻豆社 Wales Head of Marketing, Communications & Audiences
from Huw Roberts, who retires from the role later this year.
