Two Pints and Grownups get 麻豆社 Three recommissions

Danny Cohen, Controller of 麻豆社 Three, and Lucy Lumsden, Controller of Comedy Commissioning, have commissioned further series of its hit sitcoms Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps and Grownups.

Both are written by Susan Nickson and produced by Stephen McCrum.
听
Two Pints will have its eighth series whilst Grownups gets its third.

The new commissions follow the recent announcement that Susan Nickson has signed a three year development deal with the 麻豆社.
听
Two Pints is an engaging comedy about the lives and loves of a group of loveable, down-at-heel 20-somethings.
听
麻豆社 Three successfully screened a special live edition of Two Pints in January 2008 watched by 895,000 people.
听
Grownups is about a group of friends living in Manchester and hurtling towards their 30s. They are suddenly beset with life's difficult questions, and are all trying, unsuccessfully, to be grown-ups.
