麻豆社 Workplace appoints Gavin Lewis as new Finance Director

Gavin Lewis has been appointed to the new post of Finance Director for 麻豆社 Workplace, the division responsible for the 麻豆社's corporate property portfolio.
听
Lewis left his position as Finance Director for UK property developers Stanhope plc this summer, and takes up his new position today (1 September 2008).
听
Chris Kane, Head of 麻豆社 Corporate Real Estate, said: "I am delighted to have Gavin on the management team. His knowledge and experience in formulating and implementing corporate and financial strategy will be invaluable at a time when we are seeking to operate the 麻豆社's estate effectively to deliver the best value for money for the licence fee payer."

Gavin graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge in 1995 with a BA Honours degree in Economics.
听
He trained with Price Waterhouse as a Tax Manager, primarily in Mergers and Acquisitions. From there he joined MEPC where he became Head of Corporate Finance, and then moved to Multiplex Developments as Treasurer and UK Group Controller.
听
He joined Stanhope in October 2006.
