Graihagh Jackson: Meet our presenter
Graihagh Jackson is a senior broadcast journalist and the presenter of The Climate Question from 麻豆社 World Service.
Graihagh has worked in science journalism for more than a decade, working for institutions such as The Guardian, the University of Cambridge, and The Economist. She began broadcasting for 麻豆社 Radio Cambridgeshire as a roving reporter in 2017, travelling the county in a satellite car and conducting live interviews on location on topics such as food, farming, and the environment.
During this period, Graihagh was also working in the 麻豆社’s Radio Science Unit, producing much of the department’s Radio 4 output, including Inside Science, The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread and Archive Hour.
After stints presenting 麻豆社 World Service programmes like CrowdScience and The Food Chain, Graihagh was brought on to The Climate Question for her science expertise in the build-up to the podcast’s launch in 2020. Over the years, Graihagh has become a regular face on much of the 麻豆社’s climate output, acting as an on-air commentator, writing articles, and making social media videos, as well as hosting 麻豆社 events and training workshops.
