With the ultimate prize of working with Sir Alan now tantalizingly close, the stakes could not be higher. Some of this year's fired candidates return to help the finalists, but who will be left with a bitter taste in their mouth, and who will enjoy the sweet taste of success when Sir Alan finally says: 'You're hired'?
