Andrew Neil interviews Martin Bell, broadcaster and former Independent MP.

They discuss why he became a foreign correspondent and why he later entered politics. They then move on to his time as an MP, his views on the current scandal of MPs’ expenses and his campaign to get Independent MPs into Parliament at the next election.
