Want your very own good luck charm in the form of Dev? His lucky powers rubbed off on Robin from Loxley and he got the job he wanted! Congrats Robin. Dev likes to share the love / luck so good luck also to: Leona in Belfast 鈥 Good luck with your GCSE results, Jay from South Wales on getting in to the Uni of your choice, Fly Ry on getting the job and to Dave in Wigan on winning the lottery!
It鈥檚 been way too long since we played 3 Of A Kind 鈥楤abycakes鈥 on Radio 1. Good job our resident DJ Ben from Bristol has picked it as his One Hit Wonder Wednesday track. Oh yes he did!
The Great Cake Debate on 麻豆社 Radio 1 - Tackling the issues that matter at 5.30am on a Wednesday. What鈥檚 the best cake in the whole wide world? Your cake contenders include: New York Cheese Cake, Battenburg, Banoffee Pie, Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Victoria Sponge Cake. Sadly Dev鈥檚 cake contribution was a dried out, shop bought, out of date fruit slice鈥 Get in the kitchen and start baking a proper cake!
Dev has the world exclusive first play of the brand new track from the Red Hot Chili Peppers 鈥楾he Adventures Of Rain Dance Maggie鈥 oh, what? No he doesn鈥檛? What do you mean it鈥檚 been played by every other Radio 1 DJ before him? Oh, ok鈥 So Zane played it first on Friday. Err no, that didn鈥檛 happen either鈥 Dev, wake up, you鈥檙e live on the radio!!!
Yes, we know it's early - but at least Dev's on the radio!
