EU heads of government are back in Brussels to try to end the debt crisis once and for all. Nokia launches its latest phone, the Sea Ray - its first handset to use Windows technology. Online retailer Amazon's profits were down 73% in third quarter trading, and bosses admit the latest Kindle e-reader will make a loss of $10. We ask Amazon if it can compensate with sales in other areas.
