Lulu is a fun-loving tortoise who, with her friends Hugo the hare, Freddy and Freda the ferrets, Hattie the owl, Barry the badger and Spike the hedgehog, goes on adventures and discovers more about nature and the world around her.
It is the end of summer and the pumpkins that were planted in the spring haven't grown. Puzzled by this mystery, Lulu leads the investigation with her friends.
