Penny Gore continues her week featuring recent concerts by the 麻豆社 Scottish Symphony Orchestra with a performance given last November in Glasgow's City Halls of Benjamin Britten's community opera Noye's Fludde. It's written for soloists and orchestra as usual, but also invites audience participation and parts for amateur performers and tuned tea cups.
