Â鶹Éç Radio Ulster’s Hugo Duncan is offering one lucky listener the chance to own a very special piece of Â鶹Éç Northern Ireland’s television history.

ÌýAs part of his annual Hugo-thon Ìýauction which runs throughout this week, listeners are being given the opportunity to bid for the original production model of Gerry used in the ‘ON THE AIR’ television series.

One of only three models ever created, it has been donated to this year’s Â鶹Éç Children in Need appeal by Flickerpix Animation Studios, which made the series for Â鶹Éç Northern Ireland.

The model is approximately 25cm high sitting on a wooden plinth, made from silicone, latex and resin.

Last year Hugo’s listeners pledged almost £30,000 for auction items and instant sales.
