Lopa Kothari - Paco Pe帽a in Session

Lopa Kothari presents the latest releases of music from around the world plus a live studio session from celebrated flamenco guitarist and composer Paco Pe帽a.

Paco Pe帽a is one of Spanish flamenco's greatest exponents, and is well known to UK audiences following his move to London in the 1960s from his native Cordoba. His work as performer and composer has included solo recitals, crossover projects, choral collaborations and theatrical productions with the Paco Pe帽a Flamenco Dance Company. The latest of these, Flamencura, is currently at Sadler's Wells in London and explores the idea of duende, the flamenco artist's sought-after state of deep communion with the music and its audience.
