Davina McCall joins Matt Baker and Alex Jones to talk about her latest fitness DVD and cookbook. Mike Dilger is on a quest to discover why dozens of sharks were spotted in a feeding frenzy on the Sussex coast, Dom Littlewood investigates the Swedish trend for a six-hour working day, Tom Kitchin cooks drop scones to a recipe by HM the Queen, and Angellica Bell interviews January joggers.

The Queen's Drop Scones
4 teacups flour
4 tablespoons caster sugar
2 teacups milk
2 whole eggs
2 teaspoons bi-carbonate soda
3 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons melted butter
Method:
Beat eggs, sugar and about half the milk together.
Add flour and mix well together, adding remainder of milk as required, also bi-carbonate and cream of tartar.
Fold in the melted butter
Enough for 16 people!
