Zameer and Hannah have begun the application process for their Australian Visa.聽 If all goes according to plan, they鈥檒l be moving out to Brisbane in December 20016 as a family of four, as Hannah鈥檚 currently expecting another baby!

Noah鈥檚 excited at the prospect of being a big brother 鈥� and their potential new life down under.
