As part of Radio 3 live at Southbank Centre, London Penny Gore presents a week of performances which mark a new concert season for the 麻豆社 performing groups. Today's programme includes the 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican performing Brett Dean and Richard Strauss. The 麻豆社 Singers invoke Renaissance England with music by Byrd and White, and the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra perform ballet music by Tchaikovsky.
