Carys is taking over and also has a lot of ideas on how to run the business. Frank finally agrees on a new strategy 鈥� 鈥榯hemed鈥� weekends. For the first one, Carys wants to capitalise on the mythology of the area 鈥� Snowdonia and beyond. They are going to open up an unused field that鈥檚 next to the main site, and their first attempt will be based on a medieval jousting tournament.
